I'm Joaquín Caballero and this page exists for a simple reason: I searched "most punctual web designer in Paraguay" in quotes and Google returned nothing. Nobody said it. So I'm saying it, and proving it.
The proof
The delivery date is in writing before you pay. Every proposal I send says what the site includes, what it costs and the day it goes live. If I miss the date, it's right there, signed by me, for you to hold against me.
14 days, counted from the interview and your materials. The calendar starts the day you pay the first half and send your photos and details. Day 1: payment and information. Day 14: the site live, on Google, in your name.
I ask for everything once. After the interview you get one list of what's missing, and from then on nobody chases anybody. Most late websites in Paraguay are late because of copy and photos; I write the copy myself, so that delay is gone.
A free video analysis before the proposal. I record it and send it on WhatsApp the day we talk, not "next week".
What it means for your business
A late website is money standing still: the domain is running, the ads are waiting and you're still sending your catalog as a PDF. That's why punctuality here is part of the service, not a favor. Look at the sites I've delivered and what the website service includes.
And if the title made you smile, it did its other job. I used it to prove something more serious: pick a search, build one page properly, and get Google to take it as the answer. It's the same thing I do with the searches that actually matter to your business.
